1. Use of the Service

StatsArc provides sports statistics, analytics, standings, player data, award race tracking, and related information for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or extract data for commercial purposes
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use automated tools that impose excessive load
• Use content in ways that violate these Terms

We may modify the Service at any time, with or without notice.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended solely for persons who are (i) 18 or older, or (ii) 13 or older if either (a) an emancipated minor, or (b) they possess legal parental or guardian consent. All users must be willing, able, and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms.

In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 13, as the Service is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use the Service.

By registering for a user account, or by clicking to accept these Terms, you are deemed to have executed these Terms electronically, effective on the date you register your account. Your creation of a user account constitutes an acknowledgement that you are able to electronically receive, download, and print these Terms, and any amendments.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining account security
• All activity on your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms or harm the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

StatsArc offers premium subscription services, including AI-generated sports betting picks ("Picks Service"). Subscription plans are offered on a monthly or annual basis at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to the Picks Service.

4.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal

By subscribing, you authorize StatsArc to charge your payment method on a recurring basis through our third-party payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• Monthly subscriptions renew each month on the same calendar day
• Annual subscriptions renew on the anniversary of your purchase date
• You will be charged the then-current subscription price at renewal

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings page. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the Picks Service until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid

4.4 Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or dissatisfaction with picks or results. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges, technical errors preventing access), please contact support@statsarc.com and we will review your case.

5. AI Picks & Betting Disclaimer

5.1 Entertainment Purposes Only

The AI-generated picks, predictions, analysis, and related content provided through the Picks Service are for entertainment and informational purposes only. StatsArc does not facilitate gambling or wagering of any kind.

5.2 No Guarantee of Results

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Our AI-generated picks are algorithmic predictions based on statistical models and historical data. They are:

• Not professional betting, financial, or investment advice
• Not guaranteed to be accurate or profitable
• Subject to the inherent unpredictability of sports outcomes

5.3 Your Responsibility

If you choose to place wagers based on information from StatsArc, you do so entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable laws regarding sports betting in your jurisdiction
• Any financial losses resulting from wagering decisions
• Gambling responsibly and within your means

StatsArc is not liable for any losses, damages, or negative consequences arising from the use of our picks or any wagering activity. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-522-4700.

6. Proprietary Rights

All content on StatsArc—including text, graphics, design elements, analytics, tables, rankings, statistical outputs, and the underlying code—is owned by StatsArc or our licensors. All rights are reserved except as explicitly permitted in these Terms.

You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may share and reference our data with proper attribution to StatsArc.

You may not, without permission:

• Republish or redistribute large portions of data
• Copy design layouts, rankings, or HTML/CSS code
• Use automated scraping tools
• Create derivative commercial products
• Create competing databases or archives using our content

7. Artificial Intelligence & Automated Access

You may not use StatsArc content for training, fine-tuning, prompting, or instructing artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, or language models without explicit written permission.

Automated access via bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar tools is prohibited except for search engine indexing. Any automated access that degrades site performance or attempts to extract data in bulk is strictly forbidden.

Parties interested in commercial API access or data licensing should contact us directly.

8. User Content

If you submit feedback, comments, or suggestions, you grant StatsArc a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the Service.

You represent that any content you submit does not violate the rights of others.

9. Accuracy of Information

StatsArc aims to provide accurate, up-to-date sports statistics and analytics. However:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information
• Data may be sourced from third-party providers
• Rankings, analytics, and calculations are estimates or models

We recommend verifying information before relying on it. Use the Service at your own risk. Errors may be reported via our contact channels.

10. Third-Party Links and Integrations

StatsArc may include links to external sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those parties.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms
• You harm, interfere with, or misuse the platform
• We discontinue or modify major features of the Service

Upon termination, you must cease using all StatsArc content. Sections of these Terms that should reasonably survive will continue.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

StatsArc disclaims all express and implied warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy of data
• Uninterrupted or error-free availability

You use the Service at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatsArc is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Decisions or actions taken based on site content

This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
